16340 Battery
Also known as: Lithium-ion rechargeable cylindrical cell
Rechargeable lithium-ion equivalent to CR123A primary batteries, but with higher nominal voltage (3.7V vs 3.0V). Popular in high-drain devices like tactical flashlights. The '16340' designation comes from dimensions: 16mm diameter × 34mm height. Protected versions with built-in safety circuits are strongly recommended for consumer use.
